Sprouts: Fit Marathon

Ages: K-2nd Grade

Limit: 20

Fee: Non-members $45, Members $39

Program Description: Breathe! Stretch! Breathe! Did you know that when you have negative thoughts, you make your muscles weaker? Stress can make you sick? In this program, participants will Participate in a “fit Marathon”. Participants reach each mile marker by completing a health challenge. Participants who complete the marathon receive a medal. Participants will learn about how our minds and our bodies are connected and how you can use food, creativity, exercise, stretching, and purposeful breathing to stay healthy and ready to conquer the world.
