Program Description: Get up and get moving! Every Tuesday in the month of June Seedlings can come and learn how to grow up healthy! Growing up healthy can take the look of eating healthy and staying active, both of which will be covered during these Tuesday classes! 

Following the principles of Let’s Move! and Growing Great our activities encourage children to be more active and make healthy food choices to grow up healthy. Each lesson includes a story, a physical activity, a hands-on science activity and a snack.
